What Heaven & Earth Can Win:
The Artist with the most votes in each participating location will be guaranteed a spot in the local live battles. Ultimately, the top five bands (one from each region) will be flown to Barcelona, Spain and one will open the Hard Rock Rising Barcelona music festival for 60,000 fans.
